Extremely unsatisfied with your establishment when picking up my birthday cake this morning!!!!!!!!!
Back on April 7th when I placed the order in-store I specifically told your employee:
No border on top and no border on the bottom of my 9 in plain white cake!!
NO BORDERS!!!!! PLAIN WHITE CAKE!!!! He wrote it down on the receipt.
This afternoon at around 12:30pm after waiting in line for 15 minutes, the woman brought my box out to me with BOTH BORDERS!!!!! She attempted to bring "back" to the baker which apparently wasn't there.
I paid for a cake that was NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR!!!!!! When I asked for my money back, she said she has to call the owner, Penny.
Within minutes she says how they can offer me 20% off / back?! Unbelievable!
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!!!!!!! This is not the design I asked for!!!! And now I'm stuck paying for an ugly cake with borders.
After all these years in business, what a shame to not refund your customer and attempt to make it better!!!!!!
You completely ruined my birthday!
I will tell everyone about what a terrible experience this was and to never give you another penny...

The Stolen I purchased at Christmas has gone from a fruited bread to a sparse chopped raisin sugar-frosted bread loaf with half green and red candied cherries decorating the top. The last straw for me was the purchase of 3 sugar, 3 chocolate chip, 3 spice and 3 toffee chip cookies that were sold out of the fancy butter cookie case, on the bottom, left. I paid over $12 for those cookies that turned out to be totally tasteless. I have to find...
