My husband and I were visiting from out of town for Mother's day, and my mother-in-law asked us to stop at Starbucks first. This incident happened on Saturday, May 4th around 10am. It was super busy when we got in, but we got through the line fast and ordered a venti black coffee and a buttered croissant to go. The barista wasn't sure they had any croissants still, so he had the barista making food items check. She pulled out the croissant drawer and said they did. We got our coffee right away and was told our croissant would be ready shortly. We went over to stand by where they call your order to be ready. We watched handfuls of people order after us and received their food orders before us. We waited for 15 minutes before my husband went and stood by the counter to get the attention of the barista making the food items. She deliberately ignored him even after she saw him standing there. He finally had to speak up and told her we had been waiting for a croissant. She snapped at him stating "Sir, I have a ton of orders right now." My husband then told her we didn't need it warmed up, and she then opened the drawer of croissants and tossed one in the package at him. Definitely not a way to be treated after we patiently were waiting for a long time for just a croissant. Worst Starbucks we have been to, and we will...
Read moreI asked the barista why my iced pecan crunch latte didn't come with sweet foam. I also didn't get the pecan crunch. She said it didn't come with it. I had this drink at a different location and it wasn't the same. She was trying to make 3 drinks at a time and kept looking on the tag because she keeps getting confused. Why do that and compromise customers by giving them inaccurate drinks. Why have a menu of you're not gonna follow it? I even showed her the photo. She still insisted it didn't come with foam. Smh... she was blaming starbucks for false advertisong because when I showed her the picture, she said they just made it look appetizing but that's not what you get. 10/26/24 5:36pm white female barista...
Read moreReceived our forgotten order after a 15 minute wait (no line when we ordered...) and a rude comment from the barista stating we need to wait for the other orders (that were all placed after our order) to be fulfilled. I understand that orders are not necessarily fulfilled in the order they were placed BUT when you forget my order and then don't make it a priority when we remind you and give me an attitude while doing it, that's when it becomes an issue.
