First of all, take your own wipes, and you can wipe down your tables at times are sticky we had to move to another table same thing, so when the waitress brought us a glass of water, I actually poured some water on the table and wiped it down.She saw me, but didn’t say anything she did not even offer to wipe it She brought the order did not have to wait long for it but I get the saltshaker and slips off my hand, salt, shaker, and pepper shakers don’t seem to be wiped down. They are gross. Hot sauce bones were nasty and had dry hot sauce and wine.. sat down next to the window by the parking lot. There’s dead bugs on the window seal. I looked up out of anger and there’s the dirty ceiling fans. Oh my God what next heaven knows what their health department score is. I was already sad because I got the tip of a thron on my finger outside the handicap signs coming in. my husband said let’s just go. No register receipt. Needed to go to the ladies room, but I could only imagine what it would be like...

3:13 pm drive through. Said hello at least 4 times & got no response. Drive up to the window because sign says it's open. Waited because we're hungry & vallarta grill is convenient. Finally someone opens the window. I said I tried ordering at the drive through intercom but I didn't get any service so I came straight to window & STILL take long to service me as a customer. She didn't even say I apologize, ignored what I said & asked me what I wanted to order? I continued to place my order because I'm hungry. She said thank you, not even looking at me. As she rudely closed the window. Tried to get her name but I couldn't read it fast enough. Young, pretty, spanish speaking & DISRESPECTFUL. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS RESTAURANT TO ANYONE. Unsatisfied w potato & egg tacos. Where's the egg? Need to hire...

Usually don't have issues, but... today we ordered 13 tacos. We repeated the order 3 times and she repeated it back. We pay and I check the bag - there's 6 tacos. We waved to get her attention and even honked. We could see her standing there. Completely ignored us. Couldn't even check what we were charged for because no receipt given. She takes the bag back and after awhile she opens the window and just says "give me your card" Took forever to fix the issue and she was rude. We just wanted to see what our 2 transactions were for because again - no receipts! Then we get back and the kids were disappointed because there was barely any food in these pathetic greasy tacos. Posting a pic (bacon, egg, and cheese). That was a newly opened one. No one ate it. It just looked like that smh.......
