Dairy Queen Grill & Chill — Restaurant in Macon

My experience here today was simply UNBELIEVABLE. I've come to this location multiple times and I am in complete shock that the customer service could be so terrible. I ordered blizzards through the drive thru and simply asked for sundae tops. Nothing major. But when the young lady at the window gives you your cups with ice cream dripping off of the sides and the ice cream smashed down on the lid, anyone can see why a sundae top would've made life easier for all of us. Covid-19 and no gloves or mask. No name tags. When I mentioned that we asked for sundae tops, she stated she didn't have to give us anything really, shut the window and walked away. We knocked on the window, blew the car horn and she continued to laugh with another young lady inside. If you don't like your job, please leave. A third worker came to the window but stated no managers were available and they did not have their information. She brought sundae tops and extra napkins. I think you can find better help at a zoo these days. We should've risked going across the street to the McDonalds....

Stopped at this location while driving to Savannah. The guys behind the register told us it would be a minute before we could order. The delay ended up being so they could step away from the counter and visit their friends who had come in. They even had the whole group of friends behind the counter. Finally, a separate worker came out and took our order. We ordered a s’mores blizzard and a caramel milkshake. When we got our ice cream, both were somehow warm? The s’mores blizzard had graham crackers on top, but no chocolate or marshmallow and no graham crackers past the first few spoonfuls. And the blizzard was just as liquidy as the milkshake. I had shopped most of the day in Warner Robins, GA had decided to wait until i got closer to home to get a bite to eat. Big mistake , i went through drive through about 8pm, when i got home found about 15 fries, in my chicken strip box, even if it was that many, the toast was harder than cardboard, and the chicken was dried out and so small i thought i had nuggets, and to top it off the sever cheated me out of a chicken strip The service there is normally better, but the normal guy who has been there a minute wasnt there new people who proably precooked everthing to get out early so they wouldnt have to clean....
