Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Macon

Placed an online order after my kids decided they wanted pizza rather than hotlanta wings. Went to hotlanta for the food and arrived to the lil ceasers. . I was not greeted on arrival, 5 different people asked me for money in the parking lot and kept knocking on my window. I expected to be in and out, however the girl at the front desk insisted my order was not placed spent about 25 mins debating with the manager on duty and the nonchalant associate in the front. I had to go back in to the car. Had to tell a random lady to stop asking my family for money, and had to get my phone to show proof, the manager finally found my order and did nothing to rectify my wasted time and or wasted experience. Will never return to this location again, even tho it is literally around the corner. Worst part about the situation, instead of taking care of my needs as a customer, the manager and associate up front were making negative remarks about another customer on the phone out loud with other customers present, unprofessional. After getting my order, I realized I made a mistake and ordered a pizza suace , thinking I ordered bread sticks. Instead of offering to fix my issue, due to my time being wasted. I’ve never been a huge fan of this place but the pepperoni cheese sticks are so good I keep coming back! Only thing is some of the people at this location are rude. Nobody greets you. Several times I’ve come and a young girl is taking orders and doesn’t say anything at all. She will be prepping the food in the boxes and on her phone and there will be a line and she says nothing. Then when she finally does come take the order she’s mute, other than hearing her talk on her phone! Several times the person/people taking the orders have been in the back just talking to each other and myself and other people have had to say “hello, is anyone taking orders”?!! Today there are 5 people in here and 3 more came while we were waiting. Everyone was saying the same thing. People were frustrated and complaining! I haven’t said anything until now because the other times I just figured maybe it’s a bad day! But every single time? No! Customer service is important and I understand if someone is young but they should be taught young because that’s bad...

I ordered 3 pepperoni pizzas, 2 crazy bread, and a 2 liter soda. Upon entering the store I looked to my left and the soda machine had nothing in there. I entered my code in the kiosk, but it didnt work so I asked the lady at the cash register for my order because the number didnt work. She rolled her eyes and took her time getting my order to me. So when I got my pizza and breadsticks I asked about my soda. The lady at the cash register said "we dont have any." So I asked if I am going to get refunded my money for the soda she left and did tell me where she was going. Someone else ended up coming up to the register and said "we dont have any soda." So I said (again) "am I going to get refunded my money then." She said "well you can get back in line and re order every thing." I couldn't do that because: I already ordered my pizza.
