Yesterday (7/11/25) me and husband went here for dinner. I said I wanted a chicken Philly, he repeats “so you want a chicken Philly?” I say “yep, chicken Philly all the way.” He turns to the young woman at the counter “so she’ll have a chicken Philly all the way.” And he then ordered his wings. As we’re waiting I look down at the receipt and it says “beef” not chicken. So my husband goes up to the counter to address this and the young woman immediately becomes defensive “YOU DIDN’T SAY CHICKEN OR BEEF.” My husband calmly tells her “yes, I did. I said chicken Philly all the way.” “NO YOU DIDN’T!” I spoke up “yes he did! He specifically said chicken. You were right infront of us and heard us talking, the word chicken was said multiple times.” She then smacks her teeth, rolls her eyes and groans so loudly “OH MY GOOOOOD!” And stomps off to the back. When she comes back she tells us we can take the sandwich or get a refund. I just took it to hurry up and get the hell out of there. The WORST service we’ve ever had. Read moreCOCKROACH IN MY FOOD!! on Saturday Oct. 6th 2018 I found a dead German cockroach in my Philly Cheesesteak. when I complained, the employee at the cash register told me there's nothing she can do about it. I called Papa's wings and complained for over a month, leaving my telephone number five or six times, but the owners refused to call me back.
UPDATE: on June 22nd 2019, the owner finally responded, not by calling me back, but by leaving a ridiculous response here on Google Maps. The owner said predictable things about cleanliness, 'refunding money', and helping customers with their concerns.....
NONSENSE !!! I called the restaurant immediately after finding the cockroach in my food, and was told the owner was 'busy', so i left my phone number five or six times, and called the restaurant back several more times over the course of a month, literally begging to have the owners call me back and resolve the issue. Nobody ever called me, nobody ever offered to resolve the issue, and I was completely ignored until today, NINE MONTHS LATER, when the owner created a completely deceptive response to my Google...

I told her that I would just pay the difference between the two meals and pay the higher amount. Instead she tried to charge me more. I explained to her that she did not read me back my order and the order she was about to give me is not what I wanted nor asked for. She said she could not correct the issue and because she’s the manager, there was no one else that We could speak to. Other customers got involved and told me to just contact you guys via social media and call my bank. Your manager did not give me any food nor did she give us our money back.
