Burger King — Restaurant in Madera

I just had the absolute worst experience ever. I went to pick up my food and they had me wait about 15 minutes before they asked me what I was waiting for. I let them know that I was waiting for my order. They didn’t say anything. Another 10 minutes went by and Ruben asked me again what I was waiting for I told him for my order and he said that it should’ve been in the pick up and I said it nothing was there. He said then somebody must have taken it and I said , And just stood there and stare at me and I asked him for my refund and he said I need to figure it out on my own. He lied about the store number and lied about the other go worker name To avoid consequences. There is no need for the situation to escalator. Had him be rude to me to figure out how to get my own refund saying I need to talk to DoorDash when my order was even placed with DoorDash. No one tried helping me. TERRIBLE I REPEAT TERRIBLE! This Burger King really just hires anyone.. first off I ordered 2 whoppers 1 bacon king and 3 large fries and one shake they told me the machine wasn’t working (they’ve said this every time I come through the drive thru) when I checked there was no bacon king 🤦🏽‍♂️I went inside and asked for my bacon king and they said they needed a receipt well Mr drive thru guy didn’t give us one it was literally just 2 minutes and the guy couldn’t remember that I ordered a bacon king smh the fries we’re extremely cold and weren’t even filled up to the top.. when I asked for the manager she was extremely rude. 8/15/2021 3:38 pm or so. This place does not take expired coupons. I perfectly understand. What I didn't like was when I went to my car to find current coupons and I went back inside, all employees where in the front staring at me like they were gossiping about me because of my coupons. (That made me feel unconfortable and embarrassed)They were not busy I guess. The place was empty. Also there was no cars in the drive thru. So I handed the girl my good coupons and she told me they can't accept double coupons so I told her I was going to the other Burger King. At the other Burger King in Cleveland I was treated with respect and my coupons were never questioned and they were so polite and friendly. I will not give these people a break.
