This place has been around since I can remember. After so many years of passing by their $1.25 (previously $1) tacos sign, I decided to give it a try. Called in but order was made when I got there so still had to wait about 5 mins. Nasally lady at the counter was rude and looked annoyed. She touched the money, her hair, the pen, and the veggies to add to my tacos all at the same time. Nasty. The tacos are far far far from excellent or even tasty. Meat and salsa are flavorless. not a great experience service is bad. I had to keep getting up for basic essential such as napkins,spoons and fork. When I asked for salsa for the tacos they said they only had one which was for the tortilla chips. Suddenly the customer next to me asked for a spicy salsa and right away gave it to them. For the price $1.25, the tacos are really good. They do give really tiny slices of lemon, but where else do you get $1.25 tacos nowadays? There is a long wait time. I was the only customer and it was about 10-15 minutes until I got my tacos. The horchata is really good. I've gotten it served in a glass cup once and another time in a plastic cup with lid.
