Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Madera

The employee stated that the fans fav box was no longer available yet it was on the menu through the drive thru. She stated it was a promo and it was no longer there when I asked why it was still on the menu outside she said she couldn't hear me. So before I could ask my husband if he wanted something else she rudely ask if I was gonna want something else, rushing me I told her give me a second she said she couldn't hear me through the speaker I said a little louder give me a second and she said in a very rude tone "you have to move back the drive through i cant hear you". Needless to say we left. We decided to head over to the other location on Howard but we were going to order through the app since the fan favs box WAS INDEED in the menu. Order processed we went picked up our order with no issues on what we wanted to order. It isn't the first time these employees don't want to do items on the menu it's happened before with the ice cream milkshakes they won't make them even when the place is open 24hrs so idk what's the...

If I could put -1 star I would!! yesterday may 5th,2023 I went to jack in the box at 932pm doors were still wide open was about to order and the workers tell me lobby was close when your door clearly says you guys close lobby at 10pm I asked them howcome they were saying it was close and they completely ignored me while I was standing there trying to understand wht was the reason they were saying they were closed if the door said something else and they weren't busy at the time I had arrived they had three cars in the drive thru IF I was the owner I wouldn't be so happy with my business closing early just because some workers don't want to do their job I Been going to tht location for 4 years now n have never had a problem until now so maybe u guys should talk to ur manager tht was In charge...

This is the worst Jack-in-the-Box I’ve ever been to not only have. They burned my food before they have now put hair in my food been disrespectful to me at the drive-through and she specifically gave us bad quality food because she did not like us for no reason, she made us sit in the front of the store for 15 minutes for only four items And those items were made with the lowest quality that she could’ve used from the entire kitchen. I have worked fast food before I know what a good quality meal looks like and what they’re supposed to look like this is not how these meals are supposed to look in my hash brown is not supposed to have a bunch of hair in It.
