If I could give negative stars I would .. Horrirrbblllle first I don’t know why I came here I went here last week got there nasty Dubai strawberries first off it’s not suppose to be hard chocolate it’s suppose to be milk chocolate second the strawberries aren’t suppose to be cut up and thawed out from freezing .. top it off they were $15!!!!!! Ok anyways today I went because my kids said let’s get some ice cream and we were nearby so I said ok it was pretty crowded as there is no line usually I never had an issue because they see you as you come in knowing who next I waited in there for 15 mins the crowd dies down and she gets the next person which shoulda been me ok I waitied thought ok mistake then it’s just me and a dude clearly she had saw me and she asked the dude for his order and he starts ordering for him to start ordering knowing I was there before them with a few kids and baby in my arms is a sad excuse for a man , but her to so I proceed to say I excuse was here first and she acts like she can’t here me and ask the guy anything else so I say it again and people are staring at me so if they heard I’m sure she did I was standing in front of her , on top of the glasses she wears she needs hearing aids to and some manners asap I would say to work on her customer service but I know it’s like a family owned shop so I know they...

Staff very rude and unprofessional, hours state they close at 10 pm yet they close there doors at 9 pm. Today March 28th around 8:30 pm I went in with my family and the girl told me they were closing. I was like your hours clearly state that you close at 10 and she rudely replied that they just finished cleaning up and that they were no longer serving yet Cleary there front door was still open and other ppl were still coming in. This is the second time they do something similar and will no longer go be doing business...

Nice new place, pretty fast service! Very delicious! Only concern was that there was no social distancing in place, yes masks were worn by majority of customers but i think especially with handling of food there should be major social distancing. With it being so busy there was alot of people hovering over each other. My suggestion would be to slow down and keep a steady and safe pace and better organize your lines especially because there is a pandemic right now. I did enjoy...
