Today I ordered the 2 quarter pounders for $6.20 something deal, she was like, "You mean the 2 for $5 Big mac deal?" I replied, "No the 2 quarter pounders for $6.29. but after I got ringed up and inserted my card in the chip reader. My receipt said 2 for $5 big mac's. (I thought, they are busy and all, but I dont like Mac sauce. I told the cashier, "Since I was ringed up for the 2 big mac deal instead of the 2 quarter pounder deal, I don't want Mac sauce on those. So she told the boys in the grill area "No big mac sauce on those big macs. I get my food and go to the car, open up a big mac, there it is, Mac sauce. Looks like there is actually extra on it instead of none at all. So I had to take them back to get them remade. This isn't the first time something like that has happened here. Last time I got biscuits on my way to work from there, the bottoms were almost black and hard as a rock. And the time before that, my basket of fries were under the light too long. Maybe it's bad timing, but I always have the worst luck here. The staff are really good about correcting things and apologizing. But ordering something here is like a game of trial and error. Something that should be as simple as get ringed up wait 5 minutes collect food, be on your way is actually a 2 or 3 attempt half hour...
Read moreThe food isn't bad most of the time; however, they tend to allow things to sit in the warmers past their experation time. As a matter of fact, I've seen more then one employee reset the timer on the food warmers without swapping out the old food for new food. The grease vats, in which the foods like the following: chicken products, fish patties, fries, etc., need to be cleaned much more often or maybe just more thoroughly then they are; you can taste it in the food. The fries are cold more often then not. They have a tendency of getting your order(s) wrong, this usually when they are very busy. I'm not sure if it is a result of poor training on the management's end, laziness on the crew's end, or just the fact that most of their employees look like they are still in high school (which would just be immaturity) but, most of the employees are rude, disrespectful, and incompetent. Plus, heaven forbid you ask for more then one or two of any of the sauces, salt packs, or jellies; the employees act like they have to pay for those out of their own pockets or something, which leads to them acting like your trying to rob them or get one over on them or something when you ask...

All Employee’s even Some managers were standing around Texting and or chatting or to many smoking outside to get an order out at decent timing. One Manager Brown Headed young Chunky Male has stood around some of my visits flirting and standing around with some of the female crew members and I was told on a visit by a fellow worker their when I asked why the two pacific ones the chunky Male manager and long hair short girl with glasses were just standing around flirting instead of working and she said because their dating (I thought the thing in any work environment it was not okay for a Manager to be dating his or her own staff). Owners or Manager’s have no care for their staff or store or paying Customers. I think the Owner’s are just in over their heads with owning more and doing the remodel and the kiosk and etc because thats less attention to the store that is very much needed. It takes way to long to get food anymore because of the lack of care from staff! So this place lost my service from so many...
