Just went to the drive thru after seeing lights on in the store. We said âhello?â about five times and got no response so we drove up to the window. At this point there is now a second car behind us waiting at the intercom. We saw 3 employees inside. We waited at the window for a couple minutes and still nothing. So we beeped the horn, even knocked on the window and still nothing. Then after about minute, the lights got shut off inside. So so so rude. All they had to do was at least acknowledge that there was people in the drive thru and notify us that they were getting ready to close if that...
   Read moreEveryone of the employees had earbuds in and then acted like they couldnât hear your order. Even the drive through person had an earbud in. I realize I am a little older but did not look professional for the customer service industry. Smile, be polite and donât forget the little things- like straws, lid toppers and courtesy. This is a travel location.

There was a terrible sour flavor, so I asked if the half and half was expired, but they confirmed it was still fresh. I donât know what theyâre doing to the coffee here but it doesnât taste anything like Starbucks coffee. Makes me wonder about all the other food/drinks...
