Burger King — Restaurant in Madisonville

My husband just recently went to Burger King at South Main in Madisonville KY. He ordered the new pickle fries and a whopper with no cheese and regular large fries for himself. When he came home I noticed that the pickle fry box was only a fourth full and it was burnt and dried out. I said what is this? He said he ordered a large order of fries and got a small order. I called them and a older woman answered and said she was the manager and that they have to weigh all their food now. I wish I would have got her name. Can you believe she told me that another company bought out BK and they have to weigh their fries and ect that's why we got ripped off and that she was so sorry. Can you believe I believed the lying B&&&&! Found out a day later she lied. They where too lazy to cook instead they hang outside and smoke cigarettes. I advice everyone to avoid that location until someone finds a good manager to deal with those ingrates. I have spoken to many individuals who have experienced the same or worse service from that location. Owners of BK please send someone to fix this establishment or you might as well shut it down. Service like this will not be tolerated by the people, we all work hard for our money and just ask for what we pay for. Lord knows the prices aren't...

I have been here before and it’s typically pretty good! But yesterday wasn’t the greatest experience. Me and my family were driving through Madisonville and stopped to get lunch. When you walked in you could tell they were all over the place. The guy taking orders was very confused. Might have been his first day lol. He said he was overwhelmed and needed a break so a nice, kind lady took over. You could tell she was having a bad day and wanted to go home. I would too lol. She took our orders and gave up bigger cups for the misunderstanding they caused. I wish I could have got her name because she was so sweet! After we ordered we went to get our drinks and the machine would not work so she got us drinks from the back. When we got our food it was pretty good except she forgot one of my family member’s food but she cooked it up...

Visit on 8/2/2025* Upon arriving to the speaker we were told that only TWO employees were currently working and that time may be delayed. We waited patiently and had a rather large order. Despite having a bit of extra wait time (completely understandable), the food came out correctly- and fresh! We maybe waited a total of 10-15 minutes- Ive waited longer at fully staffed places before. The drive thru worker (I believed was named Robin) was polite and apologetic for the wait time explaining that other crew members had walked out midshift leaving only two behind to run the whole store.
