Slow slow slow! THIEVES! Scam artist!!!

I bought a 6" Chicken Bacon and Ranch sandwich. Took over 10 mins to make the guy in front of me his meatball marinara. He waited until I had my back turned to pull it out of the oven and hid how bad it was burnt. Waited again until I turned my back to wrap it. When I finally opened my sandwich at the hotel (not allowed to eat in the company truck) it was black as a briquet because the guy left it in the open (still hot) microwave for over 10 minutes they have not returned my calls requesting a replacement. Will NEVER go back until the staff is completely different. I will be calling...

Great food but if you have a large family (2 adults and 5 kids) I wouldn't reccomend going inside to eat. We were told to just call in for a platter. Everytime we bring our family which is not very often they say we should have called ahead instead. Every other restaurant we have gone to has no problem excepting our business and taking 7 orders. My kids like choosing what they want and we can't get toasted footlongs on a platter. Customer service has improved though in the last couple years....

This location needs their Franchise license revoked. If you like to wait in upwards of 15 minutes for a Subway sandwich, then dine here. Horrible, unprofessionally SLOW staff, VERY SLOW service. Oh did I mention they are SLOW?! Best time has been 9 minutes from Order to Register.
