Great service and nice family restaurant atmosphere, broad menu, and full dessert case. Our food was just okay, but we'd definitely try again. My mom was pleased with her meal, and they were thoughtful and accommodating with her wheelchair.

Standard Midwest diner fare. Good prices, fast service, good food. Had breakfast and FYI chopped steak is a square hamburger patty; learned something new. Son liked his hobo skillet. Will go again when in the area.

I had the chicken noodle soup, my husband had creamy broccoli soup. We both ordered the combo club. Everything was very delicious.

We never got seated or acknowledged. I watched as a man waited at the counter to pay, a family in front of us was already waiting when we arrived. Apparently being short staffed meant customer service went out the window. There was never a "Hi, glad you're here I'm very sorry we're short staffed and it will be a while before I get to you." I heard short replies to people that were ordering. No apology for being out of gravy but an annoyed tone stating they were out of gravy. When the family in front of us was finally acknowledged and asked the size of their party, 8 minutes after we had arrived, they were told exasperatedly that there were only two people in and a party of 15 in the back took up the attention of the other person. There was no awareness of how to communicate with a customer instead I heard a tone that complained about having too many customers while being understaffed. It's understandable to be understaffed. It's not understandable to have bad customer interactions because of it. After hearing that, and still not being acknowledged with some poor guy still waiting at the counter to pay and leave we left. If I was the owner I...

I brought my daughter in and we decided to get an appetizer platter $9.99 and cheese fries $3.99 to share. On the platter were 2 chicken tenders, 2 mozzarella sticks, a cup of marinara, 6 onion rings and, a handful of fried mushrooms. The waitress who was nice but seemed to be unhappy kept reaching over the wall to serve us instead of walking around to our table which made things awkward. She did offer us honey mustard and ranch for our platter. The cheese sauce was bland, tasteless and a bit weird. The fries were just your cheap frozen barely food service grade. The chicken tenders had what I would describe as a tenderloin breading that was crumbly, it wasn't horrible but definitely not good either. The mozzarella sticks were not great either, even my 8yr old who loves them normally took one bite and said that it was not good. The marinara for them was actually a meat sauce. The onion rings weren't bad, probably the best of everything in my opinion. The mushrooms were the worst I've ever tasted and Ithis is something I order all the time when I can. I dont think I'll be back just judging by the cheap quality and not so...

Started out a little surly when 6 of us were told to squeeze into a table that really only held 5. It was clear that she didn't want to open the back room that had a larger table. After that small kerfluffle, service attitude improved a little...until my steak came out. I had ordered medium rare, it arrived very well done. When I told her that it was clearly overcooked, the reply was "what do you want to do, do you want to wait for another one?" The replacement steak was slightly undercooked, closer to rare than medium rare, but I let that slide. The meat itself was not a high grade. Mid level USDA Select by my judgement. It was about 1/8 to 1/4 inch thick, full of fat, but poorly marbled and overseasoned to attempt to mask the lack of flavor. Others in the party had the chicken strips, a dish that would seem difficult to ruin, yet, they managed. Certainly could not recommend this...
