Edit # 5838214: never fails to disappoint. I received a parfait that I was a quarter of the way into when I wondered why it has a rather soggy (and even somewhat warm) feeling. I checked the sticker on the bottom and they gave this to me 3 hours past it’s enjoy by time. I never thought that sticker meant anything but I actually tasted the difference. Also, the dude was awkward as eff! He told us to pull up for the mcchicken and it’d take 2 minutes. First of all, it’s half hour before close and no one was behind me. Then, after 7 minutes I back up back to window and awkward kid gets back up and brings bag with sandwich in it and claims “oh yea it just came out”. Sure....you probably just forgot someone was pulled up waiting for their sandwich. The owner of this location seriously needs review!!
Edit: I’m reading other reviews here and they, too, are complaining about the cold fries. No surprise! I went back to get fresh fries and asked why fries are always cold lady tried telling me they’re two hours old (she misread time stamp on my receipt) and was arguing with me that I should’ve came at 6pm when they’re fresh and when I asked her why they only make fresh fries once a day she walked away and ignored me. So I try to have my order corrected and I’m insulted and ignored. Not only now do they have old food, but poor customer service as well. On top of a bad experience, the fries are still old and I didn’t see them put new batch in frier they literally reheated some fries they had laying around. Shut this place down or find new management! Oh and I even asked a customer dining in how his fries were he seemed to think they were okay but said they weren’t hot/warm.
This place is known for BAD FRIES! Never ever (literally never!) fresh fries when ive ordered and this is my local McDonald’s. Order , on average , 4 times a month here sometimes more (not just for myself lol) and every single time we get fries they are old and now today they’re old AND cold. Read moreI had one of the worst customer service experiences ever at this McDonald’s. I was charged twice for my meal because the staff member didn’t know what he was doing. He told me the payment didn’t go through, so I paid again — only to later find out both transactions were successful and they took my money twice.
When I came back to resolve the issue, instead of helping me, the manager was extremely rude, unprofessional, and completely dismissive. He didn’t apologize, didn’t take any responsibility, and even blamed me and my bank. That is completely unacceptable behavior, especially from a manager. It’s clear that this location lacks proper training in both customer service and basic transaction handling.
If you value your time, your money, and being treated with basic respect, avoid this place. I’m filing a complaint with corporate as well. This is not how customers should be...
Read moreSimilar to another recent review, my drive thru experience at this location was awful. This was on 7/3 around 4:30pm. First of all, their drive thru set up is not the greatest where they have two lanes coming from different directions of the building and merging into one lane. There were lines at both lanes and I noticed the person in front of me stopped for a long time as well. When I finally got to the speaker, there was no response. I waited a minute and then kept saying Hello while a couple cars passed through the other lane. I WAITED 5 MINUTES WITH ABSOLUTELY NO RESPONSE, not even a quick Give Me A Minute or anything like that. It was RIDICULOUS and I did not have time to wait any longer in case this continued. I ended up leaving altogether and going to another mcdonalds down the road.
