Let me start by saying I've written hundreds of reviews and ~97% of them are positive. I also have very low expectations when it comes to fast food. That said, our recent visit here was absolutely horrific; worst "dining" experience I've ever encountered. To start, when we were placing our order, the girl was very unprofessional and when I asked for the "Zesty" sauce, she proceeded to tell me how nasty it was and how I'd be better off with something else. To satisfy her constant nagging, I ordered Zesty sauce as well as some buffalo sauce, to go with my chicken rings. The rest of our order consisted of a hot dog, fries, drink, and hamburger. Order was placed at 9:24 pm. By 9:44, after 20 minutes, we were finally given our order; we sat and watched our food sit under the heat lamps for 10-15 min. Out came our food, and most of it was barely marginally warm; my wife's hamburger (likely made right when we ordered) was downright cold to the touch. The lobby was a disaster. There's a decent sized dining area and there wasn't a clean table in the place. Half of the workers in the back weren't in anything resembling a uniform, and we were constantly listening to the workers drop F bombs and all sorts of other profanity, even when talking to customers. Right after our food came out, at 9:45 (when they close at 10), they turned off all the lights in the dining area. I'm all for some low light to set the mood for a romantic meal, but being crammed in a gas station Burger King eating by the dim light of the neighboring convenience store, was a bit ridiculous. When questioned by a fellow patron also dining in the dark, the lady at the counter responded "we're basically closed, so the lights are staying off." I overheard a guy trying to place an order and when he tried to order they responded with "we're closed", to which he said "you guys are still open for 10 minutes." They then insisted they were "out of everything" and he couldn't place an order, even though they were clearly still shuffling food out to the drive thru. Also, everyone that ordered "to stay" (ourselves included) were given their food in bags. It was pretty clear they were trying to get everyone out the door so they didn't have to mess around with cleaning trays or tables. And the cherry on the top of all this... she didn't even give me any sauce, after that lengthy conversation with her about how I'd get two sauces in case I didn't like the Zesty sauce. When I went up to the counter to ask for sauce, she greeted me with an irritated "what do YOU want?" Totally unreal. Overall, a complete circus show. I'm appalled at the lack of service that was going around that place. Do yourself a favor and get food in Tremonton, a short drive...
Read moreOk, so I've lived here over 10 years, and my feelings are mixed because the quality of this specific Burger King changes depending on who's working there/running it. Just over a year ago, for like 2-3 years, it was absolutely horrible. The fries ALWAYS tasted/smelled of mildew and/or mold, the burgers were sad and never really had any of the toppings you'd want. (Like, one sad tomato slice for a whole full sized whopper sad), etc. BUT recently, they shut it down, changed things, rehired new people, etc., and now the quality is pretty good! The fries are fresh (enough), the burgers actually have condiments and fresh toppings in a suitable quantity, etc. It's not the best fast-food place I've ever been to, but it's actually pretty good now. Though be warned, quality changes every year or so due to different management and stuff, so don't take my review of it being actually pretty good now as a forever thing! EDIT: Maybe it was less than 3 years, but ofc that was a long time ago. Also, it probably depends on what time of day you're buying burgers on quality too. I'm usually going around evening time. I can't say much...
Read moreSeriously? I walk up to the counter, since I'm the only customer there, and wait, and wait, and wait, for the manager standing in front of me to stop writing her schedule and take my order. Finally, she greets me with "are you ready?" Uh, yeah. So I order breakfast, and she gives me spoiled orange juice. We're 9 days into February, and the box reads "Best before February". My order comes up, and the has browns are burnt, stale, and rotten. By this time, I'm 30 miles up the road, so I'm not going back to file a complaint, I just deal with it. Then I grab my ham, egg, and cheese croissant, unwrap it, and find a sausage, NO egg, and cheese biscuit. Ya, I'm pissed, but I'm hungry, so I take a bite. THE SAUSAGE IS ROTTEN TOO! So I look on my receipt for a phone number, store number, anything to file a complaint, and guess what's missing? ALL of the store's information. I guess you've had complaints in the past, and you just don't want to hear any more? When the board of health comes to shut you down, don't...
