McDonald's — Restaurant in Malden

Well I have to say my experience this whole week to be precise,witch equals out to be 5 dinners,and 1 breakfast. Not even one was even close to service. Everything our orders were missing the big part of the meals,and twice was completely incorrect. That being said we were not treated good at all,nor was it even possible it seems to fix what was there negligence on there end,no us the paying customers. Not to mention the high dollar meals we ordered everytime,only to get the worst service ever,lose of our money,lose of many meals,and the frustration and stress it has caused. I was a supervisor in St.Louis Mc Donalds,never would I allow the individuals that worked on every shift that myself ordered my meals,be fired and replaced quick! Got to know ethics on how to,as well as the response and work abilities to the fast food and public,on...

If I could have given a lower star fairing I would….This McDonald’s is an absolute joke! They Never get the order correct. every time I got this location which I live here in Malden I have to go back in to get things they missed or made incorrectly. The frappes are a joke! Paid for a large in a large cup I got half frappe half whipped cream and no Carmel and the extra shot of espresso I paid for wasn’t in it either. Went this morning and they messed up our order, which seems to happen at least 50% of the time, probably more. We did not even go back and try to get the right sandwich because the wait was already long so my wife just ate the one they had given us. Food was good other then not being right so it's hard to judge star wise. Since it is not the first time and tbh not even close to the first that's why I gave 2 stars. It's like my customer saying that is a beautiful front porch you put on my house but you were supposed to do the bathroom. Lol. Not right...
