Zuma Cafe — Restaurant in Malibu

We where here 3 days ago. There was an argument between a customer (a shy young girl and her mom) and the son of the owner (lady) - both where there. The son was rude and super sarcastic even though he was in the wrong. When the customer asked to speak to his manager his mom said she was the owner but never confronted her son, infact she came up for the son, which shocked us all standing in line. Poor service, overpriced, lack of staff and lack professionalism. The son is probably in his late 30's and looks like he still lives...

Accessible, not extremely expensive, good fries, nice to be able to walk up, nice seating area, worst, most lethargic employees ever! You would think some people would love working at a beach cafe! These people were brought in from a work release...
