The Donut House — Restaurant in Malvern

I am a very Avid customer and normally drop my child off and come here most days to get a kolache and chocolate milk. I was actually late getting my daughter to school due to working and not getting off till midnight. I came in to the donut shop through the drive-thru and while trying to speak to the female staff she just shut the window in my face. It was very rude because I was talking to her right during the time she done it. Just grabbed my debit card and as I was talking just shut the window in my face. I guess I'm going to start taking my business to Jimmy's Chicken. Normally when they hand the food out the window they roll their bags down to keep the colachis hot for the customer but today when she threw the bag out the window it wasn't even rolled down to keep the heat in. There's definitely no sense in being disrespected whenever you're a returning customer for over 2 years. There has also been an issue with teying to get them to answer the drive through. Ive watched them do this to others. I love the food but hate the no hospitality the workers have toward people at the window. Does it matter how nice you are there is no customer service...

I woke my kids up early this morning to try out this new donut place. Sad to say we were disappointed. We ordered to donuts with strawberry icing and sprinkles as we always do at any donut place. As I'm driving away I realize I was given a bag.. They put the donuts with all the icing in the bag.. in all my years ordering donuts I've never been given donuts with icing IN A BAG.I called the place to see if maybe they didn't have boxes. But they did. Maybe I am just picky but I just thought it was a little ridiculous and careless. I asked my kids if the donuts were at least good.. I called yesterday with a large order for this morning to be ready by 6 AM. When I walked in about 10 minutes till six this morning, my order was sitting on the counter waiting for me and they all greeted me with a smile and a good morning. They helped me carry the order to my car and left me with salutations of “thank you so much for your order and have a blessed day”. I will definitely be using them again.
