I actually didn't even want to put a star, but they make you. Family market is the worst store ever. I have only been in there a handful of times and 95% of the time has been demonstrable. I have had employees almost run me down with pallet equipment, and then give me the dirty look. You have checkers that are of poor taste and down right rude. I have been ripped off. It was only a couple of dollars, but that's not the point is it. I can't even leave the parking lot with out conflict. I am a usual shopper at Food Center, but because of the fire, I have to temporarily find elsewhere to shop. I tried to keep it local, but that is out the door. I will NEVER shop there again. I would rather take my money, not food stamps, to Walmart or Kroger. We are a large family, and we all will not shop there again due to their own...
Read moreThe store is always clean and the whole staff is very courteous. This is a family-owned, hometown market that has been growing their business for over 40 years. In spite of the big box stores, they maintain competitive prices, and above average value and quality, especially in the meats and produce departments where most of my family food budget is spent. They have a really nice selection and it's always fresh. And on top of it all, they offer personal service that you don't often find in the large chain stores. Not to mention, you won't have to walk half a mile to get a carton of milk... This is the place to go if you want to get the best prices on what you need in one stop where they'll consistently treat you...
Read moreCustomer service is nonexistent. My stepmother came to your store during the winter storm. She asked 3 different employees who were doing nothing but standing around, to please help her get to her truck. All 3 of them told her no. Let me repeat 3 different employees refused to help a lady to her car with her groceries.
She did ultimately make it safely to her truck, no thanks to any of you. You should be ashamed of your "Customer service. " And you should know you have permanently lost 7 customers over this and maybe more when this is spread across social media.
She is too kind hearted to bad mouth your store, I however am NOT.
