Relax Inn — Hotel in Malvern

Owners are very friendly and treat their guests like family. They really go out of their way for their customers - Malvern is a great town with friendly folks. Relax Inn of Malvern is the perfect no-frills motel for the traveler on a budget. Rooms are very clean, weekly rates are the best in town, and everything from gas stations to several locally owned restaurants are only a block or so away. "The Place" Restaurant is only a few doors down, and offers up the best Southern cooking in town for a steal. Dollar stores, grocery stores, gas stations within a few blocks. laundromat, train station, downtown, park with horseshoe pits and covered areas, library, movie theatre.. all within 1/2 mile drive... or walk.

Good heat and a/c, refridgerators and microwaves, bath tub with lots of hot water, and comfortable beds. Cable is good - all the channels work! Other hotels in town charge $100 more per week and offer the same space, with broken cable that only gets a handful of channels, and some of the other motels ay be a bit prettier on the outside but it's only new paint and landscaping - they're the same on the inside, and the beds are more comfortable here.

Well I rented a room for one night last night unknown people will come to your room asking for people that don’t even be there anymore keep door locked people just walked in to the room we yell at them tell them to leave the management the next morning refused to give me my deposit back because of the people who thought someone else was there. And the toilet may have been clean at first but when it was used one time it didn’t want to flush and stuff came out of it went to tell them no answer then next morning don’t want to give deposit back those people was looking for someone else and there was only me and my mom we also were itching all night this is worst I have ever went thru I will never be back and I will make sure anyone I do know who all live in...

Bad experience there. Seedy old motel run by people not interested in solving problems with the rooms after they get your money. Phones in rooms often not working. Room change requests refused.

UPDATE: I read the owner's response to my review, telling me my next experience there will be better. Sorry, BT, there won't be a next time. The first time was bad enough for me to never use your services again, even after the couple you mentioned because they called you for permission to move rooms, and you denied it. So I repeat. OLD SEEDY MOTEL RUN BY PEOPLE THAT DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR STAY AFTER THEY GET YOUR MONEY. ITS TRUE AND THIS IS MY REVIEW...
