I ordered food directly from the restaurant. This time the manager took care of the preparation promptly to ensure quality. He was kind enough to provide a complimentary main course at no cost due to my previous experience. I understand mistakes do happen occasionally but HOB called the customer to get feedback and correct it.

This seems to be a newly opened restaurant. They do offer BYOB and the dining area is pretty decent. The staffs are friendly aim to provide customer satisfaction at all times.

My recent purchase with GrubHub will help elaborate this. No restaurant can meet the quick preparation and quality home delivery of any food. I’m not sure why all restaurants in NJ or US per se fails to prepare quality food.

The Chef’s special mamsam vepudu was entirely salty and prepared in a rush. The Hyderabadi Chicken 65 had water stagnating at the bottom and I had to drain it. Finally had to throw into the trash.

The Hyderabadi Dum Chicken Biriyani had very small pieces and priced very high. For these common reasons, I started preparing dum biriyani at my home myself earlier. My recent visit on fathers day with family for the lunch buffet offered a bit of a mixed experience, though some elements truly shone. While the food was good, it leaned towards the bland side, and the buffet options felt a little uninspired. With a few subtle tweaks, the offerings could be far more appealing. Adding a traditional rasam, a flavorful fry curry, a paneer curry and some crispy papad would undoubtedly create a more complete and enticing lunch spread. Additionally, the food wasn't warm enough, which unfortunately detracted from the overall taste. Warm food always enhances the dining experience. However, the undisputed highlight of the entire meal was the Irani Chai. This exceptional offering was truly a game-changer! As someone who has searched extensively, I can confidently say I've never found authentic Irani Chai anywhere else in New Jersey. For this alone, I'm happy to give a five-star rating – it was that good. Their masala papad was also a delightful treat, perfectly seasoned and crispy. Beyond the food, the customer service was exceptional. The owners personally checked in with us multiple times, genuinely ensuring we were enjoying our meal and doing everything they could to make us happy. Their attentiveness truly made us feel valued. Annapoorani Restaurant in Manalapan is a hidden gem for authentic South Indian cuisine. I visited with my wife last month and was impressed by the spotless dining area, including clean tables and cozy sofa seating. A large flat-screen TV played beautiful Malayalam music videos, adding to the relaxing ambiance. Our waiter was courteous and professional, and the Indian food was flavorful and well-prepared. Prices were reasonable, making it one of the best Indian restaurants in Manalapan for both quality and value.

I returned a month later and tried their biryani—absolutely delicious. The consistency in service stood out again, with another friendly and professional waiter. The Tamil and Telugu music videos created a warm, cultural atmosphere that enhanced the dining experience.
