Tonight was the last straw. We have been customers of Panda house since they opened. We ordered I would say six to seven times a month. My husband called in an order. One of the owners answered. If you spend 30.00 they offer free dumplings. The order total was 29.95. She wouldn’t let soda count towards the total. This isn’t the first time she has done this to me. Tried ordering from them for the first time today just to try another place in our area but never again!!! First off it was a mission to even communicate and get the order In, the girl on the phone want even familiar with their own menu! Finally ordered at about 6 and were told approx 45min.
