Locals Bar & Grill — Restaurant in Manalapan Township

I would not recommend this bar PERIOD! I didn't even want 2 give it 1 star but it forces you to. The bar tender has a nasty attitude!! She surely is in the wrong line of work. Very poor communication. Apparently there is a charge for using the pool tables. It would've been nice if I was informed of it. Plus there are no signs posted about charges for use of the games! I was only told they hold your drivers license because people tend 2 steal the balls!! Not knowing there was a charge when I asked for my license back the bar tender could've been more customer friendly. NASTY STAFF!!

Id give it negative stars if I could. It's absolutely terrible. It's overpriced and the bartenders there are absolutely terrible. They're horrible people with horrible service. I asked for one shot she charged me for two and refused to change it. Then I asked for a beer and when I opened it she grabbed it from my hand and threw it out. It's not worth going there and honestly a waste of time. This bar is only popular because it's the only place to get alcohol in the area after 10 do yourselves a favour and buy it ahead of time somewhere else itll be cheaper and much more pleasant. First off so thankful to find a place in this area that is open till 2:00 a.m. on week nights, and to add to the greatness of it being a very cool joint, they have super nice staff, their food is above average for bar food. Really good food. They have the touch tunes app juke box, and actually play it loud enough to hear. They also have great bands and a dj night (I have yet to experience a DJ night). The Locals that I have met there are regulars and you can feel the family like vibe in the place.
