Called for delivery was put on hold for awhile finally place order and tell the girl for delivery tip in cash, she says okay and says 45-hour. Okay, then she calls me again 5 mins later asking me how much tip to leave on card I tell her no I said cash she says oh hangs up. After an hour and 15 mins I call to see about the food she says it’s not even ready and asks if I can pick it up. No of course I can’t that’s why I asked for delivery she said another 25 mins then. I ask for manager she says they’re not there. Doesn’t even apologize for the inconvience. I say fine and wait 35 mins go and still nothing I ask my husband to call them he calls about the food she’s asking what did he order when he says our address he says my wife just spoke to you and you told her 25 mins more she says okay they’ll be there soon. The food finally arrives and I open up to eat the chicken is hard as rock and I have egg shells in my rice. I’m so beyond upset and disappointed. Never ordering there again! Again I'm at my wits end at this take out place., normal it's a usual 45 mins for delivery for hot food , lately it has crept up to the 75-90 minute wait. I order weekly from King Wok for years and years. Lately the service has gone downhill. Today was the last straw. I placed an order at 5:30 for delivery. Called 6:30 they said its on the way. Called at 7:00 they said they are making it. Called 7:30 they said they still need to make it. My husband eventually had to go get it at 7:45 because it would have been another half hour if we waited for the delivery. They were very rude, unapologetic.
