Lahori Zaiqa — Restaurant in Manassas Park

Update: Had their Halwa Puri today, and it was the best halwa puri I have had in a long time. Channa Salan taste remind me of the ones from Pakistan.

Amazing food, amazing customer service and amazing ambience.

I had an event hosted there for my daughter on the Labor Day weekend and restaurant management went above and beyond in setting up the venuewith the theme for my event. Restaurant owner personally checked in on from the table/chair covers to decoration for the entrance of the venue. What I was amazed even more wis. Was clean everything, restaurant flooring to the bathroom.

Food, I have not seen this much food offered by any restaurants for hosting events at any scale. Prices are very reasonable. From the variety of the food available, my favorite was chicken tikka, chicken tandoori, nihari, chicken karahi, lamb chops and biryani. The best spot for chat papri, Gol gappay, and samosas. Try their green sauce with samosas, it’s unlike any other, I bet ya.

Last but not least, customer service was on point. Servers made sure people were done eating before removing plates or if anyone needed anything. Kids spilled drinks, staff was super nice and cleaned it up in no time. Food was served hot and delicious. So my siblings and I just ate at Lahori zaiqaBBqRestaurant. I must say that i was honestly surprised at my experience. Initally when we arrived, it looked a bit questionable but it definitely fits in the definition of a hole in a wall restaurant. We ate the buffet. My favorite were definitely the haleem and cholay. Both had the perfect masala and spice. My youngest brother loved the biryani and chicken tikka. My older brother and SIL loved the butter chicken and puri. The puri and naan came out piping hot and fresh. In fact all the food at the buffet was fresh and being replaced.

They also had fresh fruit, custard, and lemonade, which really rounded out the meal. The service there was amazing. The establishment is family owned and the owners care about their customers. We had a lovely waitress who constantly checked in on us and brought us more chutney, plates, napkins without us even asking. She was super sweet and made our experience amazing.

Made a larger order for me and a few co-workers I was a bit nervous as I was responsible for lunch today! And it had to be halal, ordering was easy and the gentleman on the phone was extremely helpful and patient as I was indecisive on my choices, finally I ordered over 10 items off their menu and I tell you they did not disappoint! The food tasted fresh and carefully prepared, and it was enjoyable everyone loved it! The place itself is a work in progress seems as though the space was was taken over by a previous owner however it was CLEAN the kitchen was also partially exposed and was SPOTLESS which I appreciate much and most at any place preparing my food! All in all I would say this place definitely hands down is the best I’ve had in the Manssas and even Fairfax area, I can for sure foresee it becoming a hidden gem in the area !
