I’m writing to express my deepest appreciation for Sergio C., who has been my personal trainer at Anytime Fitness in Manassas for the past four weeks. While that may not sound like a long time, the transformation I’ve experienced—both physically and mentally—has been nothing short of life-changing.

Before I met Sergio, I felt lost. My motivation was inconsistent, and I struggled to find direction in my fitness journey. From our very first session, it was clear that Sergio wasn’t just any trainer—he’s someone who genuinely understands how to inspire, guide, and reignite a person’s sense of purpose. He has a remarkable ability to tap into both the body and the mind, creating workouts that challenge, motivate, and build confidence all at once.

What sets Sergio apart is his meticulous attention to detail. Every movement, every rep, and every adjustment is intentional. He doesn’t just tell me what to do—he explains the why behind it, ensuring I understand the mechanics and purpose of each exercise. This approach has not only improved my physical performance but has also given me a renewed sense of connection to my own body.

Sergio is more than just a trainer; he’s a leader, a motivator, and a true asset to Anytime Fitness. Even after adding reps that I didn’t know were being added 😤😂😂 jk! I can honestly say that His dedication goes beyond the job—he’s changing lives, one session at a time. I consider myself incredibly fortunate to work with him, and I’m confident that anyone who trains under his guidance will feel the same.

I wanted to take a moment to highlight the exceptional impact Sergio has had at Anytime Fitness in Manassas. As both a personal client of his and someone who has referred friends to train with him, I’ve seen firsthand the dedication, professionalism, and expertise he brings to every session.

Sergio’s approach to training is both motivating and results-driven. He doesn’t just guide workouts—he educates, challenges, and inspires. His strength-focused style has not only helped me progress physically but has also instilled a deeper sense of confidence and discipline in my fitness journey. The place is so disgusting!! The vents are filled with debri/dirt built up from lack of cleaning that's what customers breath in , equipment is all beat up missing parts to things , machines shut down for weeks sometimes months at a time and the bathrooms are always disgusting especially the toilets along with they always run out or too lazy to fill the cleaning spray bottles &paper towels . The tvs are NEVER on ever and I've been to over a dozen am different locations over the years and always had music in background and TVs on but NOT THERE! They have the rudest trainer named David, he's gotten into numerous arguments with customers/members over bringing guests in middle of the gym threatening to cancel their membership , very very unprofessional along with the head black lady the rudest , careless , most unwelcoming person over ever met at a gym. She never interacts with her members except if it's a conflict and I was a member with anytime for 6-7 years but this Manassas park location needs DEEP CLEANED &...
