First visit. Host explained menu but didn’t mention the free burger offer. The cashier did explain the offer. Shame on the host. Cashier did a great job as she learns the process. Food is too a salty for me. My wife thought food was acceptable. An annoyance was a group of employees (had uniforms) behaving like noisy teenagers at a table near the entrance. Waited 15 minutes on the curve after I made my order thru the drive-thru. I had to get out of my car to get my order.

The gentleman who took my order asked me what was wrong and I explained that I was waiting for 15 minutes for my order. After back and forth I finally received the order but with no apologies...

Visite la tienda de manati y espere muchísimo en la dila. Cuando llego a mi casa me encuentro con que el pollo estaba incomible. Estaba congelado todavía y duro como si lo no me lo pude comer. Me dirijo a la tienda y le explico al encargado y solo me dicen que esotien un temporizador y q no puede salir mal. Como si no pudieran sacarlo antes por la prisa de terminar. Pido hablar con el gerente y me envía a decir con un empleado que no puede q no tiene tiempo 😱 servicio pésimo. Muy malo. Compro a menudo allí y nunca lo había recibido así.
