1 star justified by picture I’ve attached. I’ve been a loyal customer of theirs for a little bit over 3 years. I used to eat at this place quite a lot before they moved to this location. Ever since they changed location things have been the same as far as: food quality, customer service, and waiting times for food. I have a lot to say but I’ll sum up my experience. First the cashier was very snappy and hostile. I were never greeted, she just stood behind the computer screen waiting for me to start ordering (this had already set the mood in the atmosphere). Next, there wasn’t a very long line for me to have waited 1 hour and 20 minutes to receive my food. When I finally receive my food, I tried a roll of sushi from each of the two I ordered (tornado roll and sweet dreams). The crab meat they placed on top of the sushi was the worst I had tasted. The texture was really off, it felt very rubbery and found it hard to chew. It tasted very very fishy (sure it’s crab but the taste was very distinctive amongst others). The rice was excessively soggy. The shrimp tempura inside was ice cold. It was just over a lot of things that did not near my expectations. I later notify the employee at the register that the food wasn’t meeting their expectations she tells me.. well if you don’t like it you can eat sushi somewhere else. I found that very rude and demanded to speak to the manager/owner. He then comes and says that their sushi has always been consistent and there’s nothing else he could do. I paid $48 for this: Bad Service Terrible Food (Taste & Quality) Rude Employees Long Food Wait Time (1hr:20min) I believe they’ve lost what was once a loyal customer.

I was told by my friends how wonderful this place is so I drove from Vega Baja . I came before dinner rush hour. I ordered veggie lo mein and two spicy crab rolls to go in person. Everyone behind me got their meals.( in person and to go) I kept asking after 40 min ( the time stamp was on the receipt) if mine was coming up. I was told that the lo mein was done in 5 more min. I waited another 5 min. No food my husband was in the car waiting and wondering where I was . FINALLY after 50 min total I received the food. The two orders of sushi was decent but they gave maybe a 1/4 tsp of ginger and wasabi for the two orders u see. The vegetable lo mein was barely a cup full it was spaghetti noodles not traditional noodles ( there was barely a cup full u cant tell from the picture) it had three vegetables on top but none anywhere else. It was so very salty my husband couldn’t eat it and threw it out. Don’t waste your time this place is definitely not worth it!!!!!

I was pleasantly surprised at how good and accommodating to my requests they were. I ordered a boriqua roll that had platano Maduro on top of the roll which was unique and tasty. I am not an avocado fan, so when I asked if they can make it without the avocado, they did! I was so happy. The crab salad had a lot of crab meat on it. The only thing that they lacked was a greater variety of sauces for the food. They only serve this spicy mayo sauce which I cannot eat due to my stomach issues. Otherwise, it would've been a five star review! The place is really nice with outside eating. Definitely a must visit if you are a sushi lover!

I paid $48 for this:

Rude Employees

I believe they’ve lost what was once a loyal customer.
