Ok - truly 5 star! The area here is cozy but with space. Coffee bar is such a “I want that in my house” setup. Many available drink choices. Took my father (skirt steak with risotto and platano malduro) he enjoyed it wants it for lunch tomorrow. Son 23yr( fettuccine Alfredo with grilled chicken garlic bread) also ate it up! Son 9yr orders a pizza with mushrooms- never had it before and was worried- everywhere I’ve ordered mushrooms it’s been from a can - but noooo - these were actual fresh mushrooms and I can’t believe he ate the entire pizza!!! First time ever. I had the salmon with veggies and a side Caesar salad. That salmon was delicious!! And croutons weren’t rock solid lol - I mean this restaurant definitely a winner! - oh we also ordered the appetizer sampler came with the best wings mozzarella sticks and onion rings. It’s the combination of the better ingredients and some damn good cooking that made this 5 star for me. The service was amazing as well- if you haven’t been here make the trip- we all had drinks and all the food mentioned under $100- well worth every penny. Horrible experience at this restaurant. I wish there was a selection for 0 stars but I guess 1 will do. I would never recommend this place. Waited for 45 minutes only to find my food cold. I had the Churrasco Marsala and it came with a cold bread, cold meat, cold pasta. Pasta was fettuccine in which I've never heard of, its usually a different pasta at an Authenthic Italian restaurant. Then on top of that seriously who brings the salad at the same time as your entrée? Next we were seated before another family and they took their order first, does that make sense? Then another family of 4 came maybe 15 minutes after that and they received their food at the same time as ours, again does that make sense? We were a family of 3 now, a damn ham and cheese pizza, and salad took 45 minutes to be served to us. I don't get the service at this restaurant. Last the waitress stated that the salad was a compliment so here we are thinking ok it comes with the entrée (build your own pasta) nope we paid $7 for a small side salad, really?????

So, the food is pretty decent. Pizza is good enough. Sadly, seems like they are not ready to handle a big group. We were a group of 10 and the food took more than 1 hour. They knew it was going to take a long time. But no one bothered to offer some bread or something. For me, that is customer service 101. Never apologized, just seemed like nothing was happening, even seemed a little annoyed when I asked about the food. After, we waited an additional 30 mins or more for them to take the check, and no one came. Felt like they had forgotten about us completely. Really sad and disappointing because the place looks good, but customer service needs A LOT of work. This is not the first time this happens to me in this restaurant, but I always try to give them another chance. Disappointed again. I have been here with just one other person and seems fine. That place was empty when we got there, just 2 tables occupied so there was no need for this horrible service. Hope they improve and wish then success, but they need to make...
