Dunkin' — Restaurant in Manchester Township

Unfortunately, had a terrible experience here just recently. I went through the drive-through. I was one of the last cars in line and I ordered one bagel and as I drove off, I noticed it was made incorrectly so I turned around to just let them know and get it corrected. When I got to the window, I was informed they cannot take the food back, but I insisted that it was incorrect so either I throw it out and they make me a new one or they could take this one and throw it out but whatever they decide, this issue needs to be rectified. Again, I was the only one to drive through at this time And the young girls at the window when they brought it to the man attention in the back, Joey He peaked his head out from the back and shouted at me “why are you doing this to me?! I have a line wrapped around the building!” Again, I was the only one in the drive-through and I had pointed that out, and I had requested that I parked, and I was more taken back by how rude on professional and sloppy this man was in the back who was preparing food. When the girls brought the food out to me, I believe their manager was one of them, and I voiced my concerns about how he handled the situation. There just seemed to be a lack of care. It’s unfortunate because there’s not many Dunkin in this area and I certainly will not be returning due to the service atmosphere...

3 times in a week this place has closed early I get out of work at 7 and end up getting to this location by 7:40-7:50 and I tried to get a coffee 4 times this passed week and only got a coffee once because the people working here at night decide they're gonna close early, it's very frustrating to make it there 10-20 min before they're supposed to close and the employees just decide they don't feel like doing their jobs anymore that night just say you close at 7:40 instead of 8 that's what's happening anyway or does that mean you'll close at 7 because it sure as hell won't be at the actual time it never is. And the worst part is the employees that are still walking back n forth acting like they're working won't even come to the window or door and say something like sorry we had to close early for any reason no they just act like they can't see u and just hide or act like there's 20 people in the store and they're so busy when im the only person there trying to get a dam coffee from a place that says they serve...

This is the absolute worst Dunkin I have ever been to and I have been to some really bad ones. The inconsistency is mind boggling, my order is extremely simple and yet they cannot seem to ever get it right- large hot coffee: 1 cream, 1 sugar. Some days I receive all cream with a drop of coffee, other days its halfway filled with sugar or no sugar at all. I have been coming to this Dunkin since it has opened (about 8 years) only because it is the only one closest to my job and can never get my order correct. Sometimes I go 2-3 weeks without ordering from here and go back to see if their products have improved. WRONG! The cold brew is watered down, my coffee is 3/4 filled most of the time, food is cold at times and the drive thru wait is ridiculous; last week it took 20 minutes before my order was taken with only 2 cars ahead of me. Needless to say, I will not continue to give them my business and neither should you. Cannot wait until the Starbucks opens...
