Heritage Restaurant — Restaurant in Manchester Township

We go there 3 days a week for breakfast Only there is not much you can do wrong with breakfast. The owner does not take control or teach certain waitresses how to act . They can be very rude at times that makes your experience unpleasant. The waiters are always The same very respectable. Some of these waitresses are older and have the attitude I say what I want and do what I want. The one with either white or blonde is the worst she is like a Jekyll and hide. There is another who is a little Heavy with dark hair and had to ask her if she was having a bad day because sometimes she is very pleasant. Mr owner if you read this you must tell these two to leave any anxiety they have at the door and don’t take it out on the customers. I have read many comments on your web on how nasty some employees at you place can be. For the customers sake and your own clean it up for we are thinking to go down the road to a place where they are...

I wanted this place to be good since it's so close, however, after 5 tries I am done. The chicken francaise is made with turkey gravy, not lemon white wine as it should be. The burgers are ehh, been to many diners and not the worst I've ever had but not good. The grilled chicken sandwich ($15) wasn't grilled, it almost looked baked ahead of time and just heated? Not sure what's going on there but it looked gross. The chicken rice soup, was TERRIBLE and $4 for a cup? It had so much onion it it that's all you could taste. Had a piece of cake, it might have been ok if it wasn't stale. The rice pudding sucks. At 6pm... dinner time, the place was empty, get a clue, it's the food, it's BAD. Need a new chef and...

The food here has declined. I went for lunch with my mom and niece. My mom's burger she said was good, but it's hard to screw up a burger. I had the pot roast sandwich special and very disappointed. Meat was dry, gravy had no flavor. My niece ordered macaroni and cheese and I could not believe what came out on her plate! It was boxed mac and cheese with clumps of cheese powder throughout and most likely some bootleg brand. The waitress saw my face and immediately offered to replace with something else and removed it from our bill. This was probably about 10 months ago and I haven't returned. I can't honestly comment on their current food status but I'm not willing to find out since they're not the only...
