Use to love this place, took our 2 grandson there tonight, they ordered Chinese, their food came out before ours, by the time they were done eating my food came out, 10 minutes later my husbands food got to the table. They bring the food out in shifts. Food was good as usually is. But as they were eating one of the waitresses was cleaning the table next to ours with windex. She completely covered the table, that’s all we could smell, then did one of the round tables! There is bleach in windex!!! Try spraying the towel not spraying the whole dam table while people are eating!!! So we waited for our check, and waited, so I finally went up to the desk to get ready to leave, so I mention to the lady behind the counter about the windex, 2 of the waitress come over, one was very rude to me saying well that’s how we clean, but we will change our whole cleaning protocol for you!! Totally unnecessary!!!! Then the other waitress says You still have to pay your tab. Well no kidding, had you brought it to my table I would have gladly paid you but since we waited 15 minutes for it, I figured I would just go to the desk!!! Food was good, learn to bring out everything at once not in shifts. Have one waitress per table, never spray table while patrons are eating near by, sanitation solution in a bucket of water with a towel will do the trick. Learn to not stand and wait for me to sign my receipt to see what your tip was, you were very rude. The out come could have been better had you not you not argued with me, or stood there waiting...

A very tough place to rate. The staff, which our visit had us in contact with many members of, were varied from warm and ditzy to cold and rude. The decor and atmosphere was warn out and kind of dingy but overall acceptably clean ( maybe just time for a small facelifting remodel). The tidbits#1 appetizer plate was just marginal with weak crab Rangoon, sweet and dry boneless spare ribs, and lack luster wings along with a couple other items barely worth mentioning. The menu is a head tilting joke. They have tacos, chicken parmesan, Chinese food and continental cuisine......yes seriously. What brought us there was a recommendation of the new York sirloin which my dinner guests had before and were raving about. You can get the 16oz with potato(mash,baked,fries) for $12.99? Or the 32oz for $20.99?( 32oz being two 16oz steaks which my friends knew and the server was sure to mention). I reluctantly took their advice and ordered the steak, 16oz medium with fries. Well I can say I'm not giving 4 🌟 stars for nothing. The steak was FAAAANTASTIC!!! Thick, juicy, tender and flavorful. Cooked perfect with just the right amount of char. Fries were crisp, coated sticks of joy. My big regret was wasting my time on their Chinese food. Next time I'm skipping the Chinese and having the 32oz, may even venture into the chicken parmesan or tacos one day. Again though the steak OMG! Definitely in the top ten steaks i've ever had.Just so it's clear though, if it wasn't for the steak dinner I'd be somewhere in the 2 star range. I...

Bonsai's has Greatt Chinese food compared to the other Chinese food places around Manchester. However, I gave them 4 stars out of 5 instead of 5 out of 5 because the place itself is reallyy dark and dingy, but most of all... because they don't sell drinks!!!??? I ordered take out food there and asked what kind of drinks do they have, Pepsi or Coke products? Because I wanted to add a drink to my order and the women at the front counter said "No, no drinks", in which I replied "What? Like you guys don't sell drinks AT ALL??((very surprised and confused)). She answered me saying "No, we don't have drinks". So I just said very politely "Okay nevermind then, Thank you!"and walked out with my food. But uhhh, WTH!!? What kind of food service place in the entire world doesn't sell drinks!!!??? Now, I'm not sure if this was a language barrier thing or if they realllyy don't sell drinks!? If it is in fact they don't have drinks to sell, then that's the first time I personally have EVERR seen something like that! You sell food, but you dont sell drinks!?
