I've never had a bad experience at this location until today. Aside from my pizzas never having extra cheese as ordered. But that's a matter of opinion. Between the online transaction to the actual quality of the product, and the staff on the follow up call that acted like I'm the one who made mistakes and none of her employees are at fault. I'm very disappointed. To start off, I received my order and was puzzled about the price. I used 40 points for a free cheese bread....that got charged to my card. And while I was ordering on my phone, an offer popped up for parm bites for $2.99 that I gladly accepted. But my receipt shows that I paid $6.49. And then my tip was basically double what I tipped online. So when I called, the lady, I'm assuming manager, because she offered a credit, said that I have to be careful when placing orders online. And to double check everything. At first she offered me a $10 credit and raised it to $15 after I argued that the items price difference was over $10 alone. Not to mention the $9 tip that got charged instead of my $5 tip I put in. And the pizza that looked like it slid or flipped onto the lid of the pizza box. She explained that if I didn't take the credit, I'd have to call the next day, and possibly but not likely get a refund. But that it would require her having to charge my card again for the correct items. And waiting several days for the initial amount. And all that wasn't even guaranteed according to her. So basically, I was making her life more difficult. Then after I said my card was charged $9 for a tip that I didn't make, she said plainly "well I'm not reimbursing a tip". And she also said that it was impossible that something happened to the pizza that looked like it was dropped or mishandled when placed in the box. I've worked in the restaurant/hospitality industry for approximately 15 years, from management down. I understand how things go and I'd never tell a customer that they were at fault and it was impossible that an employee made a mistake. I'll be taking my business to local Pizza restaurants from now on, and I'll use the $15 credit when my kids want a pizza delivered. I expect to be treated like a valued customer and not told that I'm either lying (basically) or I should just accept whatever mistakes happen (by them and by their faulty ordering system) while ordering from there. If I could advise anyone on ordering there, I'd tell them to use cash, pick up their own orders, and check their orders at the counter.

I placed an order. I didn't receive a call. The driver drop my order outside my apartment door. I tried calling but I received the automatic online assistance instead of the store I guess because it was very late. Something said check outside inwhich the food was there and ants got in the bottombox. I bagged the order dropped off the food before I went to work in the morning at Domino's employee entrance. I called later when they were open spoke to a Sebastian he stated,"don't drop garbage at our door." I said excuse the driver drop my order off and at least I put the food in a bag not inviting unwanted animals or bugs to attack it. Then I asked what can be done to rectify my order of $49 dollars left outside he stated, "nothing, next time be specific in your delivery instructions." Firstly, if dropping off an order outside secure it in something where bugs or unwanted animals can't get into it. Secondly, to be rude, sarcastic, and not try to reason afterwards was beyond me. Sadly to say I asked Sebastian for the corporate number to file a complaint he stated 1800- dominos inwhich the number doesn't work not a surprise given from him. I'm realizing some of these young individuals at the establishment has no customer service nor respect for the customer. So why as a customer continue supporting the establishment. I don't have a problem with adding Domino's to our stop supporting list and a lot of people order from Domino's in this neighborhood. Update 5/27/25 I have called the number listed in the reply to my email from Domino's. I spoke with a nice lady and asked for a manager only to hear the same name mentioned in my previous complaint (Sebastian) who stated nothing can be done and gave me the wrong number is the manager who is currently not in. Well I attached my order information hopefully this matter can get rectified.

"KEN" a driver from Domino's. He approached me and ask me to move from the spot I was park in. I said I was waiting on a order. And wasn't going to move. "He said I'm calling to manager. I said okay, go head. He came back out. By HIMSELF (I guess the manager was too busy taking care of orders and doing his job! Like he is supposed to do!). "Ken" was Looking really mad 😠 LOL. And he started taking pictures of my car. That when EVERYTHING when wrong. I got out of my car. Took a picture of "KEN" when inside. And told the manager. The manager responded was. He is taking a picture to send it to the owner (What the owner is going to do?!?!. Come from home on his day off, to ask me to move my car lol šŸ˜† 🤣) He didn't have no right to take a picture of my car. Someone need to put "Ken" on check. The worst part is. When home without my order šŸ„“šŸ˜”. He's only a delivery driver. Bad experience! I guess no more Domino's.

Worst customer experience ever. You won’t believe me until you hear me out fully.

I am regular customer for dominos pizza because both my son and wife likes pizza from dominos. Last night I rushed into manchester store to pick up my pizzas I ordered for my son and 2 of my friends kids (all are

Couldn't find a way to write a new review, so I was left to edit this one to add another review. I spent far more than anyone should at Domino's tonight, estimated time of delivery was 29mins, over an hour later Laith showed up with the food, he was nice and apologized for the wait. He stated it was abnormally busy. I said nbd we appreciate it! Get the food in the house to find out the food was cold, not even warm. Ugh, ok we'll reheat as we eat. Then I notice there's 2 overdone cheese pizza's, I only ordered 1. That means the chicken Alfredo bread bowl I ordered was missing. I paid for it and I wanted it, pretty reasonable. I called to explain the situation and there was no hello or anything polite said, I was told they're too busy and would not be accepting anymore orders. She was about to just hang up until I said I'm not ordering, my order is messed up. She huffed and puffed and said we're busy idk what to tell you. Another super unacceptable situation. I said um ya I want what i ordered. She immediately puts me on hold, approximately 5mins later a guy gets on the phone and states they're too busy and not taking orders, I immediately interrupt and tell him I'm not ordering!!! I want what I ordered and the food was cold, not even warm, not even slightly. He also stated that there was nothing he could do about it, he was rude af and I lost it! I called corporate, which we all know is useless, especially on a Friday night. So clearly no resolution there. At this point my money has been unrightfully taken and I want my $103 back for the garbage that was dropped off and for the food that wasn't. Alllll of this could have been avoided by simple customer service. I didn't even originally complain about the quality , i just wanted the food i paid for that i didnt get???? NEVER spending $$ here again and I expectall my $$ back. This is bs.

Place is ok, allllways missing something or stuff is over cooked. The staff usually handles it fine,...
