This was my go-to spot for the years because I pass it every day, leaving home... however... there needs to be a manager there with experience. There seems to be a disaster going on every day. No one wants to step up to clean the area. Work stations are littered with product that need to be put in its place to be properly stored and in its designated spot. Coffee spills are a normal occurrence in a coffee stop... however.. clean up the spots before its a hazard. There's no one there willing to control this frenzy... my advice, management needs to come in... being nice to the kids working hard with no guidance... and help them time things better. Mobile orders wait upto 20 mins after getting there... my order was order 10-15 mins and still had to wait 20 mins to get full order... there's never a good supply of product anymore and now I have to drive 15 more mins out of my way for my orders at a different shop.
There needs to be someone in charge of everyone. This location is mostly hs and hs graduates... no one wants to be the bad guy...

The little girl that messed up our online order, AGAIN, refused to give us what we paid for. They owe us money. We spent a lot of money there, trying to do business locally in our new neighborhood, but never again! Rude, refused to look at the receipt, refused to give us what we paid for, refused to admit they made a mistake, and basicly called my husband a thief, trying to get free food! Is she kidding???!!! Called several times only to be hung up on by a rude little girl pretending to be the manager. Don't bother. Go to ANY OTHER Dunkin but here!!!! Entitled little brats, disrespectful incompetent and argumentative, when they are clearly WRONG. I'm calling corporate next. They owe us money that we paid...
   Read moreRidiculously long wait! Waited over 30 minutes in the drive thru line with only about 6 cars ahead of us. If I hadn’t done a mobile order I would have left. When we finally got to the window they handed off a drink and bag and said that was everything. As soon as we pulled ahead I realized they forgot the 50 count munchins. My fiancé came back out with 2 boxes and said this was all they had. Instead of assorted we got 50 butternut munchins. My daughter who’s 5 had wanted at least some chocolate for our 3 hour ride to Santa’s Village. I went back in to at least by a chocolate donut but with 4 people in line I didn’t have another hour to wait!
