Stone Fort Restaurant — Restaurant in Manchester

Upon entering I noticed due to years of Restaurant Experience that all the seated guests had meals. It was recommended by a local Drs office. It was humid and not a comfortable temp due to the only cooling system was a small window unit. I ordered the large burger and fries and a coke. Remember I was the only one without food ❓ At 28 minutes I approached the counter and inquired about my food and the four member kitchen staff said they would assemble it in a moment. At 29 minutes I offered to pay for my drink but needed to leave I was out of time and patience. The server said no charge for the drink... So I'm not sure about the food quality, but if the tiny filthy bathroom was any indication of the kitchen cleanliness would be suspect.......

Go luck but not if you have somewhere to go... Just don't try the restroom.... Ps....The bathroom in my motorhome is 3x...

Pleasant stop. Got a bit of a weird vibe when I walked in, locals kind of just stared at me and were giving lurking looks 🤷🏽‍♀️ maybe they don't see many indigenous folks in area?!

The waitress was attentive. The meals were simple and very fairly priced. The bathroom was clean and the restaurant itself was too.

The gravy for biscuits was a bit lacking in flavor compared to others we've had.

The french toast was good and good portion as well.

The egg portion was kinda small, 2 egg order was like the size of one egg. If you like eggs order extra portion, the eggs were tasty and buttery.

This diner does not look like much from the outside but it did satisfy my primary litmus test. The parking lot was crowded. I never go to diners with plenty of parking, any more. There was plenty of seating. It smelled a little of fish which surprised me. Salmon patties were the special that day. They were a hit. Everyone around me was ordering them.
