Los 3 Amigos — Restaurant in Manchester

This has been my absolute FAVORITE Mexican restaurant for a very long time. The food is amazing, not complaining about it BUT the older lady with glasses working at front desk, is absolutely rude and has gotten multiple of my Togo orders wrong before. Never have I ever had any problems with placing togo orders up until a few months ago. This woman CANNOT take an order. Anyways, called and order a burrito California with no beans, no sour cream, no pico, and no guacamole, along with a few other items. Get all the way home, take 1 bite of the burrito and it’s full of guacamole. Call the restaurant tell the lady and she acted like their wasn’t anything she could do about it but I told her I wanted to bring the other one back and get the correct one. Get there, go in, put the burrito on the desk and the lady looks at it then looks at me with a smirk on her face and she says no guacamole? She then says I ALWAYS read the orders back and you didn’t say no guacamole (mind you I HAVE NEVER ate guacamole and I know for a fact I told her specifically NO GUACAMOLE and she did NOT read me my order back nor has she any other time) She then continues to tell me I didn’t say that blah blah but this time she will fix it but next time she will not. I told her that’s okay we wouldn’t be back. I’m sorry correct me if I’m wrong but if I order something and it’s wrong and I PAY FOR IT it will be fixed. Pretty sad I’m even having to write this but I’m livid. Sadly we will be finding a New Mexican restaurant to...

We get take out food occasionally. Although more often than not, they mess up our orders. I had gotten in the habit of always checking before I leave Unfortunately this time I didn't. Part of the reason being there was absolutely no space to park or even stand in the doorway to pick-up and pay for my order. I did have to request 1 of the bags of chips and the salsa for 2 bags of chips. That was left out of my order. We have a fairly easy order everytime we get food from there. 2 of the orders were correct. But the 3rd was supposed to have been Mixed Fajitas No Rice Extra Bean and No Guacamole and Extra Flour Tortilla Shells. I always repeat myself and have them read it back to me. That is because of previous lessons learned and it was all correct. I got home and we had everything correct except for No Tortillas and the sides for the Fajitas - it was All Rice No Bean. Thankfully the did leave the Guacamole off. So I called she said for me to come back and she would fix it. When I got there with the sides container she already had in a bag a dish with the bean and the extra Tortillas. However when I got home for some reason they had put cheese over the beans. Overall I think the reasons for the mess ups is due to being overwhelmed or a loss of understanding. We will still eat from there but I will be going through each dish from now own again. Mostly just to save my sanity and fuel. Not to mention the prices has gotten crazy for 2 meals and a child's meal it...

My husband and I were given a gift certificate for Los 3 Amigos for Christmas. We live close by and eat there often whether dine-in or carry out. The food is good generally. We decided to dine in the other night and use our certificate. The server took our drink order and then came back and told us they were out of Miller Lite draft. So we said bottle is fine. She said ok & brought us two Mich Ultras. We said this is the wrong beer - to which she says - it's ok? it's ok? Um, well not really lol. Can you bring me what I ordered instead please? Then they brought our food out in shifts...why do they do that? Most people generally want to eat at the same time when they are sitting at a table together. When we went to pay the bill the lady says "Oh you went to the wrong one - other location". What?? Are the 2 locations in Manchester not owned by the same people? Why is the gift certificate only good at one location? I am positive our friend had no idea this was the case when he purchased it and I would never have thought it wouldn't be accepted at either location. Has anyone else had the same thing happen with a gift certificate to Los 3 Amigos? Is this some kind of joke or a scam or what? I...
