ordered from this place on a whim, never had their food, don't think I will ever again. ordered 2 large rices, fried and veggie, crab rangoon, crispy noodles (which they forgot) and a shrimp roll...$21.00. smh most expensive rice I've ever paid for. the ordering process was great, no real complaints, delivery was fast as well, but the delivery driver was a unprofessional. I signed the receipt and when i handed it back to him he ask "oh no tip?" I immediately replied no, even though had a $5 cash tip for him in my back pocket. it was just rude. so upon getting back in the house and trying to call to let them know they forgot my crispy noodles, there was no answer to the phone, they didn't close for another 20 minutes. The just didn't answer my calls, I even a called a New York number that I was called from to re-verify my card number. i don't really eat Chinese often but they have affirmed that I won't ever be ordering...

BY FAR THE WORST CHINESE FOOD! Chicken is rubbery and mostly breading or whatever they use. Crab raggoon? Forget it, complete trash with their watered down sweet and sour sauce. Pork fried rice... was a weird taste I’ve never had before. Greasy and odd tasting. To top it off the food took 1 hour 10min to get delivered when told 40 min. Called to find out where my food was as the driver was pulling up, lady on the phone offers to take $3.00 off my bill... $3? You can keep the $3 and I’ll conti ordering from EMPIRE KITCHEN like I usually do, don’t know why I thought to try United China...

Ordered food New Year's Eve, today. Steak and chicken teriyaki were so over cooked and dry. Crab rangoon, most had very little filling. Lomein had clearly been there for a long time. Will never order from there again. 2/10/24, I tried this place again. I arrived there at 12:20 pm. A Saturday. Was surprised that the chicken and beef were tender and not dried out. Lomein was good, shrimp was tender. I suspect that it may be because it was early in the day. Crab ragoon could always use more filling. Was pleasantly surprised. Enjoyed everything.
