Wok Express — Restaurant in Manchester

This restaurant has extremely poor service. We placed an order for Orange Chicken, Sweet and Sour Chicken, and Potstickers. We waited almost 45 minutes for it to be delivered only to find that the food was extremely old. The sweet and sour chicken looked black inside. I broke several pieces open and I don't know what it was but it definitely wasn't chicken. It was too dark to be from the dark meat of the chicken also. Same with the orange chicken the sauce was the darkest brown you can imagine. I called to complain and was told to call back at 5pm when the manager comes in. I called back at 5pm and Marty the Owner answered. I told him what happened and asked if I could bring the food back to his business so that he could see for himself. He argued with me at times raising his voice telling me that if I don't like it..why complain..just don't order anymore. I told him that's not fair. We paid $30.00 for our order and can not consume it. We want to return the food so that you as the owner can see that it's extremely old. A screaming match ensued which at one point he put me on speaker and involved a customer waiting for his order to be completed. First time ordering and probably won't again. The hot and sour soup tasted like straight oil...and not a good oil. When I opened the container it was 1/4" of oil sitting on top of the broth. That in itself should have told me to not even try it, but I gave it a stir, and did. Ugh. There was a couple of pieces of tofu, no pork strips, no bamboo shoots, no mushrooms; no flavor, other than musty oil. The hot braised shrimp was okay in flavor, but that was it. There was too much batter, and because it was delivered swimming in the sauce, it was soggy. When a fried dish is sent for delivery, the sauce should be on the side. Why don't restaurants understand this?! Broccoli in the beef and broccoli was tasteless and watery. Vegetable spring rolls were like eating baby food fried in wonton wrappers. Total mush. Other foods ordered were okay, but nothing worth writing home about. (Crab rangoon, pork fried rice and shrimp with curry sauce.) I ordered Hunan Chicken Mild what I received was Hunan Chicken spicy). It was a waste of my money. I can not eat really spicy food it hurts my stomach. The Other restaurant that I have ordered from and received Hunan Chicken from made it mild no problem. I thought I would give Wok Express my business and try their food. That was a big mistake. I will not be ordering from Wok Express again. When a customer is paying for food they should accommodate the customer and not make it so spicy. It's not like I asked to have extra ingredients added just one taken out. I was also missing my two containers of red sweet & sour sauce. One was suppose to come with my crab ragunes and one extra That I paid extra for one I paid extra for but received neither one. This whole experience was terrible.
