I get the same order every time I come here, which includes a bunch of extra caramel in my coffee. They didn’t add extra caramel to my coffee even though they charged me for it so I asked the lady Abby at the window if they can fix it and she told me they did put extra it just got mixed in when it’s clear as day that they didn’t. I come here every day and get the order it’s a coffee that doesn’t get mixed. Pretty annoying to get charged extra for something and it not be made properly and when you bring it up you get completely denied. If you see Abby at the window and your orders messed up I would suggest just driving off and going somewhere else because they’re lazy and don’t care here. They handed me the cup with the lid completely overflowed and covered with coffee. This isn’t even the regular amount of drizzle that they add to the cup as a mandatory let alone extra.

At first I loved coming here because they were the only Starbucks in St Tammany to get an order right. Then all of a sudden they get almost all of my orders wrong like they target me or something. Just the past two times that I've gone they've given me a grande instead of a Venti (which is fine UNLESS I'm paying for it)... The first time they did it I just let it go because I understand they're busy. The next time they gave me a grande I told them to correct it to a venti like I asked for. The girl gave me attitude, remade it and said "Next time say 'venti.'" Okay... Next time make me the drink you CHARGE me for... So rude. Are there no customer friendly Starbucks in St...

Every time I come to this Starbucks, though the baristas are nice, they get my order wrong. I use to get a London Fog Tea Latte with extra stuff added to it but now I don't even order that because they've gotten it wrong every single time. One time they used English Breakfast instead of the Earl Grey. I just ordered a tall iced double ristretto (etc) caramel macchiatto. I wondered why it tasted so bitter. Its because they made it a triple instead of a double and you know damn well they charged me that extra 80 cents that I didn't ask for. They all seem very nice so that's why I'm not giving them a 1 star, but seriously it isn't hard to make a...
