Cinco de Mayo is tucked away and not very easy to see. You should take the time to give it a try. This is the same crew as the Taco Loco food truck. My favorite tacos in town are here. The prices used to be reasonable as compared to others. Now get ready for the 14-15 dollar lunch. I like the food but at 11:30 for lunch the staff brought out only the dinner menu. We had to ask if there was a lunch menu. Typically an entree serves with rice and beans according to the menu a choice of ranch beans or refried. I ended up with just rice somehow. We came by for their breakfast and loved it. My daughter got the pancakes and skillet potatoes, and the pancakes came with three different sauces/syrups (honey, regular syrup, and chocolate sauce). The pancakes themselves are really tasty. I ordered the huevos con chorizo with potatoes. The chorizo wasn't overly greasy like other places and the eggs were well seasoned. The potatoes are really good. They look plain but are very good. Do wish the huevos came with salsa or pico but yes a personal preference. I was looking for an authentic Mexican restaurant but this was not it. I ordered #9 Enchilada, taco & burrito. The Enchilada and burrito were exactly the same except the burrito was flour and the enchilada was a corn tortilla. There was nothing else in these, they were both smothered with a red sauce that tasted like spagetti sauce. Disappointing to say the least.
