The Pizza is very good and the pies are very large. An actual New York style. One of the better places in the valley. The interior is very nice. I think it will get more and more popular by word of mouth.
Gluten-free options also cooked in a separate oven, but the GF crust is not great. They should be able to do much better. Felt like it was a GF crust people have to live with 15 years ago. So many better options for GF crust now days.
They are starting to get busy also and they have been backed up a few night hope they can get more ovens.
Last suggestion… consider steel plates for the pizza. A crisper undercarriage that looks like the crust edges...
Read moreWalking in, I fell in love with all the exposed beams and corrugated metal! The bar is what you walk into and they don't just have a selection of beer but full bar! I went in for a work event but was the first one there, so I grabbed a drink while I waited. I had no idea what to get but the bar tender was knowledgeable and recommended a Montana Mule, which I absolutely loved!
