So Complete honesty. I'm not exactly happy with how things are. Especially at this location. The Staff work their Rear-Ends off on a daily basis. That I see non stop and its awesome. I've just wanted to point out not all staff can be quite as polite as you would hope for them to be. I've had a few times to where I've run into one specific employee. Eleanor.
She's one of the employees who works there. No she's not a manager but she's tried to act like one. She's been rude to other customers in front me and others as well. There was a situation where she was completely rude to a gentleman going "what? What do you want?" Or do you really need anything else, you sure? MmKay whatever."
There hasnt been a very kind welcoming from her nor a kind gesture during my times of going to this location. She has also been very rude to her own co-workers, treating them like they are trash. She's treated them like she is 1. Better than all of them and 2. Like she owns them. Mind you. I've come around here a few times. She was training some one, name, I can't quite remember. I was ordering food and she was yelling at them. Words quoting " What are you stupid or something? That's NOT HOW YOU DO IT IDIOT." I kindly kept quiet got my food and drink and left. I felt bad for the trainee on my way out. PLEASE have her talked to professionally. I don't think other people want to deal with similar situations like the ones I've dealt with. Other than that. However I will not return, having waited both times for employee's to even come to the front of the store (outback or in the storage room) was frustrating but then having them not know hot to even operate the equipment to toast a sub and be given an under cooked sub twice in two visits was the final straw.
