I Came here for the first time today and the tropical ceviche and the green Agua Chile was so fresh, and very flavorful! Hands-down, the best I’ve had in Austin. The Owner Sergio is so friendly, kind and humble. He is very passionate about his food. I got there 20 minutes after they opened, and there was already 20 people sitting down. I was afraid that I would have to wait quite some time for my food, but it arrived pretty quickly! Agua Fresca is a good size for what you pay for. The quality of the seafood is superior. Nice little spot to get seafood, very secluded but also very welcoming. Lots of parking available as well and seating is outside but covered. I ordered the aguachiles with extra green sauce, it was really spicy but soo good! The fish ceviche is also good, I recommend getting this with a side of green sauce if you’re not too keen on spiciness. Brought my wife to this place for some ceviche, and me and my wife were extremely impressed! We had the ceviche negro absolutely outstanding! I’m not a ceviche guy but I thought it was delicious!
