Exceptional little gem tucked away in this small Arkansas town. Having traveled extensively, I can tell you this place is authentically out of place! The green curry was flavored with fresh Thai basil and copious amounts of ginger and was absolutely delicious. What an awesome surprise! We stopped here on a road trip from Kansas City to Shreveport. AJ’s was along our route, very unassuming and perhaps some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had (and I way Thai often!). I ordered the Tom kha soup, fried rice with beef, and my friend ordered the pad ke mau - all Thai hot. To our surprise, they actually nailed the heat level and the spices they used were so flavorful! Myself an family of 5 all had the Buffet as an early dinner and quiet honestly everything was absolutely fantastic!! freshly cooked and completely stock.. . I did call ahead about 15 minutes worth an notify them so that way if need be they could start prepping/cooking so when we all arrived everything was hot an ready. We will definitely be returning to try out their Pho beef bowls...
