I was at this Sonic on 8/4/18 with a friend of mine who is in a wheelchair. We placed a food order and was served a meal that was sub par. I had a glass of tea that was filled to rim with ice leaving very little room for the actual tea. I asked for a refill on the tea and was told that they could not give refills. I asked to speak to the manager and was told that she would get the manager to come speak to me, no one came. I asked to speak to the manager again and stated that if I needed to come inside to speak to the manager I would do so. A short time later another lady came out with a really bad attitude and her response to me was basically "tough SHIT". Also, we told her that she was dropping quarters everywhere she went and she sarcastically said thanks for telling me and went back inside the store. I summoned her back and told her I wanted the phone number to the regional manager, she gave me a phone number and told me to call him and that his attitude would be exactly the same if not worse. I stated that i would make the phone call and find out. When she went into the store I started video taping all the quarters scattered across the concrete and a man came out of the store, asked me why I was video taping and told me to turn off my camera and get off the property. I told him I was video taping so I could show the regional manager what was going on there and that we had already paid for our food and had been served and I was not leaving. He attempted to physically intimidate me which did not work and then he then told me to eat my food and leave. That is what i do every time I go to a restaurant. Read moreThe only reason I gave this place a single star is because the employee working the register was very sweet. She ensured my order was taken properly and was in the system correctly. When I received my food it had been sitting out for the last 40 minutes I learned this from the car hop as she apologized on repeat for the kitchens mistake. She informed me that they hadn't cooked for the last 40 minutes and it had been under a heater because they were cleaning. This establishment closes at 11 yet at 10:30 they shut the lights out on us and told us they were closing IE trying to leave early. When I went and asked for a refund or for my food to be made over for me at 10:20 I was told I could speak with the district manager as she was working tonight. She told me she cooked those corn dogs herself and pulled them out of the fryer right before they were brought to me you could definitely tell the corn dog had been there for a while it was Rubbery and cold to the touch. When I asked for them to be remade they came out burnt because she has no respect for her customers. If this is the district manager I will not be stopping into any Sonic through Arkansas again. Read more45 min wait for 4 shakes....the management never came out or anything...it was to untill we posted on the town group that management refunded the money....theybrought our shakes and only have excuses for the wait...this was the first time we went to Sonic after at least 6 months because the food is not good at all....the issue is management....the town has got use to subpar food and service that it's now acceptable at this sonic for long waits....this is a ongoing issue....you can tell by the reviews....it's sad when they actually post in the group when they do it right....there is absolutely no excuse for 4 shakes to take 45 mins...if they are short handed call ppl in hire more ppl...I for one will not go back until there new management in that place....another manager from a better running store needs brought in amd the staff retrained...and a new...
