Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Mansfield

Called store to place an order for delivery. I was hung up on multiple time, placed on hold for endless times, and then asked by the "manager" Sarah, "why do you keep calling?" Before she exploded on me that she didn't know when my call would be answered or when an order could be placed because she had over 50 orders on her screen to fill. So it would be over 2 hours if i placed an order to get said order. But she wouldn't take the order???? The store closed in 2 hours. It seems that Sarah didn't want to take the order at all and made excuses as to why she apparently couldn't. If Sarah is having an emotional breakdown about someone calling to place an order, I'm concerned about her mental capacity to lead a team in food service. There were no wait times and my call was going through but employees were picking up the phone and hanging up or laying down which Sarah deemed as "technical difficulties". I will never get another pizza from this location. I am a very fair person and communicate with people very well. When I entered the building it did seem clean it was bright and Shiney. After I stood there for 5 min watching the chaos behind the counter (which I understand at certain times of certain days are very busy and this was probably a busy time) but after 5 I tried to catch someone's attention to pick up my order this is when I realized there was not one person in the building wearing any gloves at all. They were actually freehanding every single topping including the pizza dough when they were stretching it out. I did not say anything or anything like that but I promise my family will never eat another pizza from that location. I will also be PICKING UP some pizzas from other domino's to see if they believe in sanitation...

On October 15th, I ordered a large pizza with thin crust, light sauce, pepperoni, & mushrooms- this is how I ALWAYS order pizza. When I picked up the pizza, I double checked the order & opened the box due to problems with previous orders, it looked okay. When I got home (about 10-12 miles away) and started to eat my pizza, I found that there was ABSOLUTELY NO SAUCE on my pizza. I called the store and was given an apology and a credit for the NEXT TIME I order pizza. That's all well & good for next time but this evening I am stuck with a pizza that tastes just a little better than the cardboard box it came in.
