Gigi’s Tacos and Margaritas Mansfield–Onta — Restaurant in Mansfield

I absolutely love Gigi's Tacos and Margaritas! My friends and I would often go here, and it would be our top choice in town when we would go out for food. Everything is at an affordable price for amazing food.

The service is great, and the servers we get are kind, greet us with a smile, and remember us when we would come by! Gigi is also amazing, she is so sweet and treats you like family. I absolutely love talking to her and seeing her!

The food is always good quality, and I never have to worry when I go here because I know anything I have will be good no matter what.

Gigi's also helped cater for my wedding! I was so excited to have them, I kept telling people about it! Everyone we talked to on our wedding day also mentioned how good the food was, not a single complaint whatsoever. They made sure to set up quickly, give great service to everyone at our wedding, and just make it a great night for us! We did not regret our choice at all, and I'm so happy we went with Gigi. She also made us some extra food to take home afterwards, which was so sweet and kind! My family and I greatly appreciate it.

It was easily the worst service that I've ever had at a restaurant. I know it's new, but it was just torture. The waiter never stopped at my table, unless I asked him to stop. He forgot half of my 4 item order, and he never offered to refill drinks. It wasn't even busy when I arrived, but I sat there for so long waiting that it become busier. I was clearly done eating for half an hour, and the waiter passed my table multiple times without offering to get my check. The music volume also needs to be reduced. It was so loud that it was like being in a honky tonk. I'll have to try the other location. I was really looking forward to trying this place, which made it even a more miserable experience. Disappointingly horrible service. They were pretty busy for Cinco de Mayo but they took us outside while it’s storming and raining to wait to be seated and told us it’d only be about a 30 minute wait. 30 minutes turns into over an hour and we were being ignored while waiting out there. We finally get seated and wait another 20 minutes until our server actually comes so we can get our drinks, chips, and food. (Which took them another 20 minutes to get out to us) We weren’t given silverware or were asked for any refills. And no compensation for the service.
