McDonald's — Restaurant in Mansfield

TWICE this week (it's only Wednesday) I have been given an order completely different from what I ordered in drive-thru. FIRST time I got home and noticed the "pick ticket" on outside was all wrong and the food in the bag was at least what was on the ticket however still not edible to me because I can't eat sausage and it was all sausage crap. (2 sausage breakfast burritos and a sausage mcmuffin. Yuck!) I was too busy to go back and so I called and let them know. They did offer a replacement on my next visit so I took em up on it the next day only to get hassle about who I talked to even tho I even had called in right as soon as I saw issue and took my receipt PLUS the pick ticket showing I got wrong food. I was given order #57 & mine was 58. I did get the meal and so fine. 2 days later.... SECOND wrong order given. Ordered..got bag...outside pick ticket on bag checked at window..yep...my order. I get home and open the bag...MORE sausage. This time 2 sausage mcgriddles abd oatmeal. 😠😠😠 This time I am starving and I had a few minutes to spare so I called again. Went back. Annoying. I get there and they replaced my order when I gave back the other order (when I called luckily I hadn't trashed the other food yet as I was asked to bring it back lol) A quick apology and a bag hurriedly thrust at me. I was skeptical as I had ordered well done bacon and extra sauce on my sandwich and I pulled the wrapper out...no special grill ticket...hmm...but you know...I figured they were trying to accomodate as quickly as possible and just didn't bother with the ticket and made it at lightning speed for a change. WRONG AGAIN. I get home to find a dime size worth of sauce (either you get none or a dripping wet mess I have found) and standard cooked bacon. A premade standard issue flopped into the bag to get rid of me fast. You might expect a free meal ticket after all this. But no. Just another inconvenient trip back and still a half attempt. You might say...well..the employees start at $9.10 an hour..what do you expect. WELL I have been working in a factory hot as blazes on 12 hour shifts for 90 CENTS more an hour busting *. I EXPECT it to be right. Occasionally mistakes happen, sure. But this particular McDonalds is slow, screws up often, staff stands talking to friends often at counter while peoplw are waiting in line, drive thru is a MESS and so is the bathroom often. I won't even describe that situation I was exposed to last week concerning the ladies restroom. GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION IF YOU CAN until this McDonalds gets...

This McDonald's over the years as far back as I can remember going there is the worst McDonald's to go to the one on Trimble Road somehow someway they always seem to mess something up either give you cold food cold fries or something I went there one time and got a coffee I got five and five 5 train 5 sugar always get that I've gotten that for years I got it from them and it was ice cold and then they blamed it on the creamer like they are that dumb do not realize that they just poured cold coffee and then tonight I sat there for 35 minutes come 1:00am to 1:35am I literally live less than 5 minutes not even that 2 minutes away by the time I get home the nuggets were nasty like soft like they put them in that box when I ordered and then let them sit there for 35 minutes until I got to the window to actually pay for the food and get it and the fries were just the same way somewhere hard and somewhere really soft and they were all cold you would think me sitting there by the time I got to the window they would make sure I would have fresh food and not to serve customers you just had waiting unfresh food I would not even give this place a 1-star and I was very patient and you're very polite and was not upset about anything until I got 2 minutes down the road to my house and notice nothing was fresh and everything was nasty and cold every time I go to get an iced coffee from them always flat tasting bitter nobody there knows how to make anything the right way Ashland Road is the best then the one in Ontario and this woman as well not exist because nine times out of 10 when you go there they're going to mess something up and I have went there not very often but throughout the years and I know when I get the food is going to be wrong or messed up and I don't do anything special to the food or anything just normal stuff and they can't even make a normal thing anything there they seem to mess it...

McDonald's Trimble Rd Mansfield ohio , do not go or eat there ,,😡😡😡😡😡 I ordered a big Mac meal for my girlfriend and I got a quarter pounder meal to for drive thru on my way home from work , and when I got home my girlfriend opened her big Mac to find a bite taken out ,,🤮🤮🤮🤮 and that was even after they messed up our order and had to wait 20 minutes in line for them to remake it and I was still polite never cussed them out or was rude to any of them in any way , I just said well people make mistakes but when I got home and they bit into her sandwich in retaliation for me asking them to remake our food that was the breaking point !!!!I called up there and demanded to talk to a manager and told her what happened only for her to call me a liar and say that none of her employees would do something like that and I said then how did it get there because noone opened the big Mac since last time they handed to me and she was very rude and just told me to call corporate number which I did only to get answering machine and I left a message but I probably won't get a call back and now I'm out 26 dollars and feel sick to my stomach because I ate so e of my meal on way home who knows if they spit in mine , and the worst part is they won't do anything about it and I can't do anything about it either other than to make a public post about it and tell the truth about the trimble Rd McDonald's and their disgusting rude manager and employees that work there and tell others so that you are aware you food may get contaminated just for simply asking them to make your order the way you...
